1. We undertake planning and construction of your dream houses and completes it to your satisfaction. We design and make blueprint suitable to your plots. There is no wastage of material. We provide adequate ventilation facility to all of your rooms to get sunlight and fresh air. We have adequate facilities and qualified construction engineers in our company. They work as per the requirement and instructions of the clients and get their acceptance to move to next level of construction process after completing the first level work. Because of this there is no difference of opinion between the clients and the site engineers and the works are completed with satisfactory remarks and feedback.

2. We make   all 2 D plans with auto cad software tool  to get beautiful blueprints for your houses Some clients would prefer that their plans to be made through computer aided tools There are 2 D plans which give perfect view of the project. The computer aided designs are preferred  by many house owners as they can get clear and precise dimensions for all the rooms and other portions of their house in the blue print.

3. Before taking up your house construction work we make the appearance of your house while it is half completed and also how it will appear after completion of whole house. You can see how the structure of the inner portion of your house. Benefits of seeing the appearance of the house in computer screen before construction.

The clients can see their house virtually completed or partially completed in the computer screen. We show the image of the house to the clients to get their feedback and acceptance. This process is required for the clients to give their acceptance and suggestions for their projects to be completed in their expected level and method.

4. We undertake planning work for houses, shops, complexes, factories and also government offices with appropriate designs and make the blueprints.

5. Elevation: We undertake 2D or 3 D plans for your houses with the computer software tools and display the plans and you can view your house in the screen.

6. We will show the colors of paint that is suitable to your house. We show the painted house with suitable colors for each room virtually through the computer display screen.  After your approval of the paints color we will take up paining work and complete it.

There are many advanced software applications in painting and whitewashing processes in the construction field. We show the whole house walls with suitable paints on each room. The clients like to have one color to drawing room, dark colors for kitchen as it would be easily get dust and smoke in the area. There are multiple colors in light and dark shade. The clients can select the colors and color combination in each portion after seeing the same portion virtually in the display screen.

7. In the “walk through” technical method which is a latest software tool,  can see each room to see how it has been built and know the work fully. It is a pleasant experience for the clients to enjoy their feeling as if they are moving into their house in and out and check the rooms whether they are provided with suitable ventilation and other facilities. It is possible to show their house virtually through the computer screen as we complete all the planning works  with the help of advanced software tools.

INTERIOR

9. All types of interior works like wood work, slab fitting work, ply wood work, painting work, for houses, office buildings, marriage halls, super markets, readymade show rooms, footwear shops etc are undertaken and completed as required by the customers. Interior works includes of putting false ceiling, dividing patricians with suitable screen, window screens, wall decorators etc., We make provisions  for keeping table lamps study lamps , desk tops etc., as insisted by the clients.  

10. False ceiling works are done by our experienced and efficient assistants in excellent manner.

11. We construct modular kitchen with all quality construction materials and by our talented staffs before your presence and with your consultation on each and every stage of construction work. Kitchen works are very important for the clients. There should be provisions for discharge of dirty water suitable sinks with taps. All the required vessel stands, Slabs, provisions for grinders, micro oven are provided perfectly in the required height as per the wishes of our clients. 

12. We are doing painting work normal enamel painting works, mica works, and metallic works.  All the works are completed under our direct supervision and directions to the staffs.

13. We undertake aluminum works PVC VPVC works and complete them to the satisfaction of our clients. We buy and use the costly wiring and switch materials for our clients. The substandard materials are not used as they bring danger to our clients when they started to live in the houses.

14. Glass doors fitting works positioning and windows fitting works are undertaken and completed in excellent manner with the top quality materials. We handle all the glass materials with care and we fit them in the suitable positions and places. We rectify and correct minute scratches and do repairing works on glass materials if they are assigned by our clients. We undertake many re repairing works , plumbing works for the clients.

PAINTING WORKS

15. To add the beautiful appearance of your dream houses, we do all painting works in attractive colors preferred by you.

16. We undertake miscellaneous works like putty works, evening the surfaces duly rectifying the irregular surface in the Inner portions and outer portions of your houses or any of your constructed premises.

17. We also undertake and complete various false ceiling works to appear as trees and beautiful designs.We do painting work in excellent manner with perfection.

18. We undertaking of fitting of wooden doors in good manner after doing putty  works. Then we will do enamel painting  for the completed wooden work.

19. Polish works are done with all superior quality materials . We do the work manually and also through modern machine

20. We undertake fitting of top class wooden doors for main entrance and other doors with all high class wood materials.

21. We also do he works of fitting of Grill gates, staircase rails, balcony hand rails and other grill fitting works  to the satisfaction of the clients.

22. All the tile fittings works are well processed and completed with all standard materials within the specified period.

23. We undertake and finish all the concealed wiring work for all electrical works duly well planned and consulted with the clients at all stages.

24. We take works like provision for air conditioners, fridges, air coolers, show lights/decorative lights, two way switch controls, concrete depth boxes. We divide all circuits through distribution boxes and provide drippers for individual lines. We use all the top quality and the approved ISI cables for the electrical works.

PLUMBING WORK

25. We take up the plumbing work, bathroom and  toilet fitting works with our experienced and efficient  construction workers. We consult with the clients continuously till  completion of the entire work processes.

26. We undertake all of our construction work, electrical work, plumbing work and interior works only after getting written approval of our clients. We make written agreement for all of our working , payment terms. We follow our terms perfectly. We discuss with the clients and do our construction till the completion of our projects.

27. We also make record for all the payments 

28. We are doing our construction work duly consulting with the clients and  follow their instruction accordingly till we complete all the works. We also take care of maintenance of completed constructed houses for long period as insisted by the clients.
